Andreas Weik started his professional career as an entrepreneur in 1984. He has been active in the executive search business since 1989. In his most recent role he spent 9 years as Managing Partner at Heads! Executive Consultancy and was a member of the Financial Services Practice. Andreas’ consulting expertise includes leadership assessment and appraisals and he has successfully completed various projects for leading Investment Banks and Commercial Banks as well as Private Equity firms. He search practice is focused on the Financial Services and Real Estate sectors.

Petra Meyer-Ochel started her career in Training and Management Development at TÜV Rheinland, Kaufhof Group and Metro Group. She continued her career as a freelance consultant focused on recruiting, assessment and coaching. In 2009, she joined the retailing company Karstadt Warenhaus as Director of Development & Training. Petra’s consulting practice is focused on strategic management development and leadership assessment, as well as leadership development and retention. Her industry focus encompasses German and international companies in Consumer Goods & Retail.

Volker Rieso has worked in executive search since 1991, having worked at Delta for 8 years as a Management Consultant before joining management consultancy Roland Berger as a Partner. This was followed by 8 years as a Managing Partner in Executive Search at Deininger and as a Partner at Gemini Executive Search. In February 2014 he returned to Amrop Delta in Düsseldorf as a Managing Director. Volker’s practice is focused on the Automotive & Industrial, Mechanical & Plant Engineering, Chemicals as well as IT & Telecommunications sectors.

Mayank Pande joins Amrop from a career in management consulting, through a series of professional and senior management positions over 15 years with firms such as Aon Hewitt, Mercer, Reliance Big Entertainment and The Hay Group in India. He last served as Director for India & SAARC at The Hay Group, where he was pivotal in growing and stabilizing the business in India. His areas of expertise include organizational diagnostics, leadership effectiveness and the professionalization of businesses.

Maisa Maion began her career in HR, working for companies such as Unilever and Siemens. She entered the executive search field in 2006 by joining Fesa in Brazil, where she was Vice President & Partner. Maisa has developed particular expertise in the Industrial sector, specifically in Mining, Metals, Pulp & Paper, Chemical, Petrochemical, Automotive, Transportation, Logistics, Capital Goods and Building Materials.

Ann de Somere joins Amrop with over 12 years of experience in HR and people management in the IT Services sector. Ann also spent 10 years in Service Sales, in Banking as well as in IT Services. In 2012 she founded her own consulting company. Ann has developed sector expertise in IT and Banking, as well as in Professional Services.

Mikael Edler joins Amrop from a 25-year career in the Banking Sector, including seven years spent living abroad. He is known for his insight into the Financial Services sector and for his professional approach to the leadership challenges within the industry. Mikael has held key management positions such as Head of Private Banking Nordics at Credit Suisse, Head of Private Banking at Swedbank, Head of Swedbank Group Treasury, Head of Swedbank Foreign Exchange and Deputy Head of Trading at Handelsbanken New York.

James Kong has over 25 years of general management experience in Consumer Goods companies, having held senior roles at blue-chip multinationals in China. He started his career with Jardine Matheson, and subsequently had a long and distinguished career with RJ Reynolds and RJR Nabisco, where he held the position of Regional VP for China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Philippines. He then moved to Coca-Cola as Senior VP of its China operations, and later became Managing Director for Heinz in Greater China. James’ executive search practice is focused on the Consumer Goods and Real Estate sectors.

Pierre-Louis Lettaileur brings to Amrop ten years of experience in executive search. He has served clients in the Transportation, Infrastructure, Energy, and Manufacturing industries. Pierre-Louis' clients are major listed industry players, private-equity owned companies, fast growing, agile midsized groups and start-ups. He also works with a portfolio of clients in the Consumer Goods and Luxury Goods sectors, based on long-standing and trusted client relationships.

Francesco Garello has 25 years experience in HR in some of the most important Italian multinational companies. He was HR Director of Ferrari Maserati Group, Fiat Group Automobiles and Assicurazioni Generali. He made a significant contribution to the development of the new organisation in Ferrari, and successfully set up and implemented People Strategy supporting the strategic relaunch of Fiat in 2005. He has been Chairman and General Manager of Generali Corporate Services, and a Board Member of Ina Assitalia and Generali Business Solutions.

Paul Bornemisza is a multicultural executive with over 25 years experience growing multinational and family-owned businesses. He has led Consumer Goods companies in Central America such as SC Johnson and Sardimar, as well as the local franchise of Avon Products. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Conassif, the financial institutions supervisory agency in Costa Rica. He has been President of the YPO/WPO Costa Rica chapter.

Clarisa Vittone has significant experience in the executive search sector, having previously worked at Valuar and SearchPartners, in both the Argentinian and Latinamerican markets. She developed her early career as a corporate lawyer at banks and law firms, in organizations such as Deutsche Bank, EFG Bank and Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal. Clarisa has a Law degree from Buenos Aires University Law School, and a Masters degree in Non-Governmental Organization Management from San Andrés University, with further training in law and negotiation from Harvard University.

Gonzalo Guerrico joined Amrop as a Partner in 2004. Between 2001 and 2002 he was the General Manager of Metro Argentina, publisher of Publimetro newspaper. Previously he was General Manager of El Sitio Argentina and then the Regional Vice-president of El Sitio Inc. Former experience includes 15 years in commercial and marketing roles at American Express, Motorola, Kodak and Esso. He was appointed Managing Partner in Argentina in 2014.

Damian Ringwood joined Amrop as a Partner in 2006. He has extensive experience in the provision of management consultancy services to clients. He has previously held senior positions with Ernst & Young (Executive Consultant) in London, Prospectus Strategy Consultants (Director) and BearingPoint (Managing Director) in Dublin. He has delivered major strategic change with blue chip clients covering all major sectors. In particular, his major competencies include strategy, managing change, M&A integration and organizational development. He was appointed Managing Partner in Ireland in 2014.
